Nowadays “Green” is “in” or in plain English, everybody is “Environmentalist!”. Are we really?
Or the new definitions we had a hard time naming them… but environmental and climatic situations came to be known which we have been feeling since when we live through, but while had a hard time defining this change; are we accepting this new reality just to satisfy our social impulse a bit?
A green activist, Steward Boyle, who joined the “Friends of Earth” (1979) a non-profit organization writes the book which is printed in 1989 Sussex, England with John Ardill who works as a journalist about local, workers and environment issues in the Guardian newspaper. I would like to introduce “The Greenhouse Effect” which is an essential work for people who put the environment and its effects to the center of their lives.
The books starts with a peek at climatic and agricultural world changes in total that’s been observed however not expressed methodically. And, in the 2
nd chapter he starts to explain the essentials of the science of “The Greenhouse Effect” not to the academics, but to the interest of the public, for the understanding of the men on the street.
The authors tell the history of “The Climate” in short. They are trying to explain “The Greenhouse Effect” occurring as a result of global warming or in other words “phenomenon”, emphasizing what looks like a simple cycle from far, however, what we are facing is a very new, hard to overcome, new frontier when it dynamism’s details and complexity are studied as we get deeper into the subject.

rd chapter studies, in what way our lives will be changing due to global warming, in a warmer planet advising hints of the Environment and Ecological security subject on the world map per country, aside from the physical effects of the social and political impact of this change.

th chapters are wrapping up the book while providing information for us about the judicial side of the issue how is to be developed, narrated the paces of policy making and are showing us what could be the path to be followed for on coming days .
